Has anyone been able to activate their Free Trial for Fitbit Premium? When I try and do it, the app freezes and if I do in on my computer, the free trial option isn't offered.

@Atchi Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

I appreciate the details mentioned. I would like you to log out from your app and force quit, after this please do the following to start the Free Trial: 

  1. If Fitbit Premium is available in your region, you'll see a Premium tab in the Fitbit app. Tap the Premium tab. 
  2. Read the overview, and tap the button to get started.
  3. Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription to start after your free trial, and follow the instructions to purchase.
