I'm having issues getting my free subscription for premium. I just got a new pixel watch and it says I get 6 months free! But when I go to get it says I'm not eligible.

That's weird. Mine went through smoothly on the Pixel Watch.
I used to have fitbit premium when I bought the charge 5 in 2021 but deactivated it just before the 6 month free trial got over.

Did you get the watch as a gift? I gave one as a gift and the person I gave it to tried to get the 6 month trial and they said she couldn't get it because it was bought on my Google account through the Google store. It was never activated by me and Fitbit's T&C don't say you have to buy the watch yourself. She tried working through customer support who told her she would have to return and rebuy. If she returns it, I think she'll just get a different brand watch. Honestly, with how poor the customer service is, there is no way that I'll give Fitbit another penny after my own trial is up. Customer service just stepping over dollars to pick up dimes.
