Poor Customer Service

Fitbit Premium was provided as part of a package when my Ionic was replaced a year ago.  I set a reminder to cancel the subscription a few weeks before it ended.  When reminded I couldn’t find anywhere on the app to cancel the subscription so I did a search.  Following Fitbits own instructions on how to cancel within the app it took me through to current subscriptions on my phone, there was no Fitbit subscriptions showing, so I assumed it had been cancelled.  Today I received notification that the subscription has renewed and the money taken from my account.  I have just contacted Fitbit and they won’t cancel the subscription and refund my money, when it only started today, and I followed their instructions - Their instructions did not make it clear that the way the subscription had been taken out affected how it could be cancelled.  Not only this but there is no further recourse.  Very poor customer service Fitbit.  Please be aware that if you want to cancel the subscription that you don’t follow their own instructions!

I agree!! Same thing happened to me. BE WARY EVERYONE!!!
