All of a sudden, the last three nights when I go to premium to try to listen to my sleep meditation it’s just a white screen that says content not available audio and video not found. And when I try to contact support, it keeps telling me support is not available. I have deleted the app I have reinstalled logged in again. I was able to see my premium content earlier in the day, but every evening it disappears.

As you may know, the content in the Coach tab is constantly improved, and this sometimes requires us to remove some items in order to offer you new sessions that fit your needs. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and I'd like to assure you that we're always looking for ways to improve our service, and feedback like yours is a big part of the process.
