The key feature, the only reason actually, I pay for premium has been broken for at least two weeks. Support keeps saying, "Just download the new version of the app" when I literally cannot do that; it's not been pushed to the Play store for me (Pixel 9 Pro XL, Google Fi network). They acknowledge I've done everything I can on my end, but refuse to do anything to make up for a broken product (like prorate a month of Premium since it's literally not working).
Anyone have any suggestions? I'm not asking for anything unreasonable, but I do feel like a key feature being broken is a good reason to offer at least a couple of bucks off for a month.
Best AnswerDoesn't really matter. My complaint is about support not offering any assistance beyond saying to update the app and that they'll forward it on to the advanced support team only to come back once again saying update the app which I can't do.
It's the cal in vs out function, for what it's worth, though again lack of support is the main concern
