Loosing glucose data with Charge 5

My Charge 5/Fitbit Premium successfully imports daily blood sugar readings from my OnrTouch Reveal app. After a week or so those readings dissappear from the Premium app.

 

I can enter them manually and they stick, but the readings that I import from my meter go away. 

 

Any suggestions?
