Just got a new Charge 5 and am pleasantly surprised. I was going to abandon fitbit but they did make strides from the Charge 4. However, here is why I still may quit fitbit. They hide what you have a right to behind sales pitches. Still looking for my 6 month fitbit premium trial. Obnoxious!!!

Maybe Her Royal Highness Princess Caroline can concider to take a glance at the "Unlock Fitbit Premium" section in the manual?
