I've just sent my 8th email to customer support. Essentially all my emails have said the same thing - that I need to transfer my fitbit account from one google account to another google account (when I migrated my account I accidentally migrated it to the wrong google account).
All 7 replies from support so far were totally pointless or nonsensical. They keep telling me to do things that are not actually possible - they obviously are not familiar with the system they are supporting at all. I've also requested to have my request escalated, to make a formal complaint etc and have been ignored.
What do I do now? My only option seems to be to create a new fitbit account and lose all my previous data. If I'm going to lose my data anyway I feel like I should just move to a different service that whose customer support are not incompetent.
Support have offered me a refund for my fitbit (which is insane in itself - they would literally rather refund me than answer my question!) so I could send it back and move to Apple or Samsung...
I'm so disappointed as I have used fitbit for years and just bought a new Charge 6
