Missed Workouts on the Guided Program

So signed up to push out prep.

 

Have missed a few and it’s gone on to week 2. Basically skips to something way too difficult rather than waiting for me to do week1 workout 2 . Keep on having to leave the program and sign back up. Any way of making it stay at my pace rather than skipping ahead even though  I haven’t done the workout ? Thanks

@Mjm102002 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

Guided Programs have workouts set on each week, it's recommended to perform them on the days set. I'd like you to make sure you're doing the recommended workouts, at least 3 workouts per week, make sure to get them done before the week ends. 

 

Keep in mind that Guided Programs, are used to take you to the next level and start building a habit.
