I am premium user but I can not see any premium content. Today I got Newsletter where is:

  • Hundreds of audio and video workouts from Fitbit and leading fitness brands, such as Aaptiv, Daily Burn, obé, Physique 57 and POPSUGAR
  • 150+ meditations to calm your mind day or night, including sessions from Deepak Chopra, Ten Percent Happier and Breethe
  • 60+ pieces of nutrition content from Fitbit and EatingWell magazine to get quick inspiration for healthy meals with curated recipes to help you balance all aspects of your wellness journey

I can see only 3 meditations, no nutrition content, about 20 workouts. No guided programs, but I see detailed healthy measures.

Could you please fix it?

Hi @prdlik

in your "Today" tab, do you have an option to go and explore "Premium" down in the right corner? When you tap "Premium", do you have a list of premium features?

@LokeAa Thank you for your assistance.

@prdlik It's great to see you in the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the screenshot attached and the details mentioned.

Fitbit Premium is available in different languages. However, some content might not be available in all languages. You may want to switch your Fitbit app's language to English to see if you're able to see video workouts, Guide Programs and Mindfulness workouts.

Hope this helps.

@SilviaFitbit I'm actually not sure you can switch Fitbit app language (or at least I can't find how on Android). What you must do is to change the language of the entire OS, a bit excessive isn't it?

I think a better solution would be the show the English only content regardless the OS language / country with a clarification that the current language is not currently supported fully.

Hi @SilviaFitbit ,

yes, my native phone language is my local Czech. But:

1. I have some content in english already in fitbit app, still not translated, and I am fine with it. So it is possible to give me all in english and I will be happy

2. It is not possible to change APP language only, you have to change the whole phone environment, what I don´t want. And it is OK from my perspective. Imagine opposite of that, you want some czech app, which is the best one, I I will tell you, switch your phone to czech. 🙂

Question is what to do, because I pay 100% price for premium, but I have only 60% of content available.

The need to change the language of your phone is an issue with the Fitbit app that already exists for years. I have my doubts that they are ever going to change that, if ever.

@SilviaFitbit

The problem appears to be present also in Italian

Please note that the Yearly Premium Membership costs 80 EUR that is equivalent to 95 USD, much more than the 80 USD for English content, offering effectively much less.

Yes, yes.

Funny is, that I have opened ticket with helpdesk as well. It is almost 2weeks and everyday they send me some copy/paste advice like - reinstal, clear cash, try another device ... what I did of course many times before I contacted them.

And although we all know, that the problem is somewhere else for years. Not in android itself.

This what I really don´t understand. They pay people on help desk to answer everyday the same questions with no solutions, but they don´t pay people to repaire the software.

Fitbit hasn't done anything to resolve this for years. From my experience contacting their support the teams don't effectively communicate with each other about existing issues. Even those that exist as long as the Premium language issue. It's what makes their standard response of "Be sure that your comments won't be unnoticed as we're always doing our best to improve our services offered." so really odd in that context.
