Missing metrics

I have free Fitbit premium, however it will not log zone min, sleep, Rediness levelor BPM either on the app or on my Fitbit, I have logged it off and signed out to restart, I have also tried reboot from Fitbit, it still will not log the information, I have also tried adjusting it on my wrist, still unsuccessful. Please help.

So I’ve finally worked out what my issue is, there was no green light flashing on the back of my fitbit, as I had accidentally changed my setting to clip mode, instead of wrist mode, therefore wasn’t reading all my vital information.  I found a YouTube video to work out my problem.  You can change this on settings on your fitbit.     Yeay 😀 it works now.

I'm happy to hear you sorted this out, it is something really normal to happen. And is the most common reason for missing some metrics like heart rate, sleep, or Active Zone Minutes.
