New App isn’t an update, it’s a downgrade!

During a chat with Fitbit (Fitbot?) I was informed that the Step Streak had been removed when the App was updated. How is this an update when information that can motivate is removed? I had over 700 days in of 15k steps a day and now it’s gone. This is a downgrade and for anyone paying for Premium, we all deserve a refund!! BRING BACK THE BANNER!!!

Hi there @15kstepper. It is nice to see a new face around.

I really appreciate all of your feedback and remarks. I would want to let you know that we have a Product Feedback post asking to bring the Steeps Streak back to the Fitbit app. My best recommendation is that you provide your comments and votes to support the suggestion.

I agree, it's an awful app!!! Worse thing that's happened. Looking into closing my premium and searching for an alterantive.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to express my gratitude for the attention you provided during our recent chat regarding the Fitbit app update. However, I must admit my disappointment in learning that the Step Streak feature was removed. It feels counterintuitive to label this as an "update" when motivational elements crucial to users, like myself, have been taken away. I had an impressive 700-day streak of achieving 15k steps a day, and the absence of this information is disheartening. As a Premium subscriber, it's disconcerting to feel that the value of our subscription has diminished. I strongly urge you to reconsider and bring back the banner. For users like me who rely on such features for motivation, it's more than just a Step Streak; it's a commitment and a sense of accomplishment. I believe the user experience should continually improve, not regress. In a world where apps like CapCut thrive due to their continuous enhancement and user-centric features, I implore Fitbit to adopt a similar approach. Your understanding and prompt action on this matter would be highly appreciated.
