No Access for 3 months to my Premium subscription

I had a free Premium year subscription with the purchase of Inspire 2. January 2022, I paid for a one year subscription. To date, I still do not have access. I tried to get help over chat (useless!) and on email (sent screenshots as requested to no avail). I asked for them to forward my emails to a manager. It did not happen. I am beyond frustrated. I just want a refund. I ended up subscribing to Calm because I wanted meditation/mindfulness in my daily practice. 
Anyone know how I can get a refund or the phone number of Fitbit? Thank you!!
