No Data for HRV (Heart Rate Variability) showing as 0ms in "Readiness"

I've used heart rate tracking fitbits for years and am using Premium for the first time (for a month or so; and so far, I'm not finding it worth it). It's frustrating enough when my HRV reading is No Data (despite me doing everything as instructed ensure good overnight readings) but the "Readiness" function calculates No Data as 0ms which greatly skews my "personal range" and "monthly average." The primary reasons I use fitbit are for tracking exercise, various heart rate data, and sleep data.

I think fitbit needs to fix their algorithm for this issue. No Data is not 0; 0 is 0; No Data is simply the lack of data and should therefore not be used to calculate trends. Am I misunderstand the reporting? Suggestions? Thanks in advance.
