No more sleep score

I’ve had no sleep score the last two nights. I tried deleting my sleep log and adding it again, which has worked in the past. I’ve also noticed that the green “Learn more” link has disappeared next to the words Sleep Timeline, but it’s there when I go back to the days that I had a sleep score.

Has something changed? Has this become a feature I only get if I pay for Fitbit Premium or if I move my Fitbit account to Google?

Can this be an iOS issue? Also this has coincided with me running out of melatonin & actually getting a more restful sleep the last two nights. Could it be that the tracker “thinks” it must be getting faulty data?

Don't judge me if these are the dumbest questions ever.

@AngelineQ which Fitbit device are you using? Are the green lights on the back of your device lit up? You need those to track your heart rate.

You do not need to have a Premium subscription or migrate your account to Google to get a sleep score. That's a free feature.

Charge 5. The green light is lit up.

If I look at the difference in the sleep timeline between the last 3 days and the days before that, I have lost the sleep stages, benchmark and 30 day average.
