For the last week my Premium sleep analytics has not been working. I've tried all the recommended solutions, but none have helped. I have reset my heart rate option several times. My heart rate shows okay but my regular sleep is not even recording correctly. It shows the wrong length of sleep, and no analytics at all. Sometimes the app doesn't match my watch. I am wondering if I need to reset my watch to factory settings? I have a Fitbit Versa 2.
