Premium Trial not activated

Hello, 

I bought 2 Fitbit versa 3 on January, and I have subscribe for premium trial for 3 months.

It worked on my subscription but for my wife the trial wasn't activated and she was charged.

I would like to request the money back and activate her premium trial.

Any help?

Hi @Rconrado! Is there any chance she has used a free trial on Fitbit before? It's a one time option.

I just learned what happened.

I have a family google play account, and we share the same payment method.

So , because of it Fitbit charged her because we did her subscription after mine.

I think that this is not fare, because it is two separate accounts, sharing the same payment methis because she doesn't have a card. 

And at the moment of the subscription, Fitbit did say anything about it.
