Charge 5 not tracking sleep

So I just bought a charge 5, and it's not tracking sleep. It's one of the features I most want to us. Can anyone help me fix this?

I know if its under a certain amount of hours it won't track it.  Also have you gone into the app to sync it? Sometimes it shows on my charge 5 that it didnt track, but after going into the app and then going into setting to sync it, it will show up on the watch.  Hope this helps.
