Since 2 or 3 weeks I hardly get any sleep tracking (Your tracker couldn't get a consistent heart rate reading while you slept). It worked perfectly since I purchased my Charge 5 end of 2021, until recently.
The strange thing is if I look at the heart rate measurements it shows me perfect measurements for all the night it supposedly didn't get a heart rate reading.
I have followed all the advice posted in the community to no avail (charged regularly, reset on device, reset via charging cable, etc.).
As a Premium subscriber I expect the device to work flawlessly.
