Not able to use Fitbit Premium in a lap top or Samsung smart TV

I bought a band today for £50 that came along with a free premium trail. I have just spent the last hour trying to watch a workout video on anything that's bigger than my tiny phone screen. Having looked through previous forums, i am staggered with all the people complaining how they still haven't just made them available via a lap top. I have a Samsung galaxy and 2 smart TV's. I can cast stuff in them both via my phone but the Fitbit vids just has the cast option greyed out. I have cancelled the premium and I am returning the band right now for a full refund. I will seek out an (cheaper) alternative in the hope they know there arse from the elbow.

@YojanaFitbit forgot to mention that the suggestion is not planned. It's a pity because the termination of Fitbit Coach left a big gap in the offer for the fitness oriented users.

When a Feature Suggestion status is changed to ‘Not currently planned’, that doesn’t mean the votes and discussions aren’t important, especially when those few hundred users are very passionate about a feature and propose a compelling argument that would benefit our global community. 

This is a great way to make your voice heard. If you'd like to have an option similar to Fitbit Coach you can add your own suggestion too. Sorry we don't have more options for you at this moment but we're always working on improving our features.

@YojanaFitbit if, as you say, votes and discussions are important, why, whenever you mark a suggestion as not planned, you close the thread for further comments? There are several suggestions that you closed as not planned with a wrong explanation and that we can't comment any longer.

Hi @Rufous44  did you read what @YojanaFitbit posted in the suggestion that was linked above? The thread was closed, but it can still be voted on.

This is the exact quote on the last page of the suggestion: "Since we know this idea is important to many of you, we have left voting open to continue tracking interest and will post another update if anything changes. "

@Odyssey13 I definitely read the canned reply that @YojanaFitbit and all moderators post when they lock a suggestion as "not currently planned". But it appears that you didn't read properly my post above where I explicitily wrote "whenever you mark a suggestion as not planned, you close the thread for further comments"

That's exactly the point: moderators allow only to vote for suggestions but in the above reply Yojana wrote " As mentioned before, your feedback is important to our team.". Well, now allowing people to express their opinions on the suggestion thread doesn't look a good way to welcome feedbacks.
