Not getting the Wellness report

requested a wellness report as a Premium member but I'm not getting any notification that it's available.  Where does it show up?

@probusybody Hi there. Thank you for the details mentioned. 

 

Please confirm you're doing this procedure to access the Wellness Report: 

 

  1. From the Fitbit app, tap the Discover tab 
     
     > Health & Fitness Stats > Wellness Report.
  2. Read the description, then tap Preview Report > Request My Report. When your report is ready, you’ll see a notification in the Fitbit app. Your report may take a few minutes to appear in your inbox.
  3. From the Today tab 
     
    , tap the inbox icon 

Note the following: 

 

  • You must have at least 30 days of data to generate a Wellness Report.
  • Certain data requires a heart-rate enabled device to track.
  • Only data you track or log appears in the Wellness Report. For example, you must log your weight in the Fitbit app to see weight data in your report.

Thanks!  I was going to the inbox but it kept saying there was no new mail.  Didn’t realize there was a “notifications” tab at the top.  I don’t do this often enough to remember from one time to the next.  THAT’S the device we need; a sensor that can tell us why we walked into this room…
