Not receiving Premium Insights

Hi!

I am using Fitbit Premium for over a week and decided to give it a shot for a month. However: I see no insights at all, even though that's one of the mean features of the Premium account.

What am I missing?

I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry. You’ll see messages in the Fitbit app that give you personal insight into your health and wellness based on your Fitbit data. These messages may be about general wellness, activity, nutrition, mindfulness, sleep patterns, and more. 

 

Note that you may not receive a new insight every day. How often are you receiving insights?

Thank you for your reply. Even though I am aware I will not receive a new insight every day, I have not received any insights. At all.

I am very frustrated too, by this. I have been a Premium Member for about 2 weeks. Premium is advertised as giving access to a wealth of information that non-Premium doesn't. But honestly, I can see no difference (aside from the occasional "push" Insight that pops up on my App. Both the App and the Website interfaces and areas of knowledge are seemingly identical to before. Pushing insights when I am not ready to digest and utlise them (or given the opportunity to return later to explore them...) are not very useful.

Finally, you mention the "Support Team". Where are they and how do I write to them? I do not find it acceptable that Fitbit expect all queries and answers to be handled in an "open source" Community forum like this.
