Not viewing Premium on my tablet

I have fitbit premium on my iPhone but can't get it on my tablet?

Are you saying that the app on the tablet says you dont have premium but on the phone it does?

Are you logged into the same account on both devices?

Yes! How can I tell if I'm using the same acct? I think I only have one!

You can find if you're logged into the same account by doing the following: 

- Go to your Fitbit app 
- Tap on your profile picture 
- You'll see your name and the date that you joined Fitbit 

If it isn't the same on both platforms, you might be logged into different accounts.
