Premium trial not working?

I couldn’t find an answer to this anywhere but I just signed up for the 90 day free trial of premium and I don’t have access to any of the premium content? Help please...

I’m having the same issue. I did it last week and had premium access for a few days but it’s now gone. Signed up again and received the email again but this time no access at all and says I’ve cancelled my payment..

same here, let us hope they fix it and also restart the trail from the day they fix it.

same problem. Contacted support and got no help. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Signed out. Restarted my phone. Not happy about it at all. The lady told me it could take a couple hours for the app to work but that doesn't sound right and I waited a few hours. Google play tells me it is purchased but it will not work.

Yes, I had to chat with customer service and have a ticket opened. Then I
had to stay on top of it via email. They manually activated it and it has
been great! Took about 2 days.

Still not fixed for me. I haven’t really made any more effort lately since now I’m about to go back to work 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:
