I’m having the same issue. I did it last week and had premium access for a few days but it’s now gone. Signed up again and received the email again but this time no access at all and says I’ve cancelled my payment..
same problem. Contacted support and got no help. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Signed out. Restarted my phone. Not happy about it at all. The lady told me it could take a couple hours for the app to work but that doesn't sound right and I waited a few hours. Google play tells me it is purchased but it will not work.
