I already have a Fitbit and pay for the premium subscription. My health insurance (AARP/UHC Renew Active) provides the premium Subscription. I put in the super secret code but I don't see on my account that now it's through Renew Active. It still shows me paying for my next renewal in October.
So, How do I make sure it transitions from my paid Premium Subscription to Premium Subscription provided by Renew Active?

Thanks everyone. I chatted with FitBit, and they see the new subscription which will kick in when my paid is up.

@chench53 I flagged your post to get a moderator to help you. This isn't my area of expertise, but something tells me that you must cancel your paid subscription or you will get billed automatically. But there are no refunds for the unused portion and I want you to maximize your benefits.

Any code provided by an insurance, or any firm (in partnership with Fitbit), should be registered under the email address that is paired to your Fitbit Account.
As mentioned by our friend LZeeW , if you already have Premium on your account, you'll need to cancel it in order for the next subscription to take over. Meaning, you can only have 1 subscription attached to your account at a time.
