I am loving the Fitbit Premium app workout videos, except I'm really struggling without the ability to cast to another screen from my Android phone (not sure if it's the same issue with iOS). I use Chromecast on my TV, which many other workout apps or video streaming services enable for streaming. If I could click a button and move the video from my small phone screen that I have to keep moving throughout workouts to my TV, that would be great!

Best AnswerSame here, it's really too bad that considering all the smart developers and technology we have today. It's amazing that they haven't come up with a way to stream the workouts to a TV yet😏
And this is 2021 already! I'm a new fitbit premium member and stunned to see that the tiny videos have no casting option. how the heck can you follow the instructions properly when you can't tie the phone to your forehead.
The fact that fitbit hasn't taken any action since the original post almost a year ago is absolutely appalling and ignorant.
I completely agree
Best AnswerI have the same problem- my iphone has a tiny screen and it is impossible to see what they are doing in these videos to follow along. I hope they add the ability to chromecast or atleast become compatible with google chrome so I can watch on my chromebook. Kind of a waste at the moment!
I was able to use an app called mirror TV+ and it simply mirrors what ever is present on the iPhone screen be it theScreen showing al my. Apps or a video. Using it i was able to use Fitbit coach on my Sony Bravia TV. No other method such as airplay or google home or apple home or google chromecast app work for me.
No Chromecast seems really stupid in 2021..why? This should be a no-brainer.
I will test streaming in my home gym via system cast on my Android. If it's not working I will cancel my Premium subscription.
... just seen that is now has been implemented but only for Iphone..what ! I still need to use mirror why? I will test this but my feeling is that I will just cancel the subscription...It pure stupidity.
Lets hope that Google does a quick shakeup in Fitbit.
Best AnswerCompletely agree. I tried but given up trying to follow the workouts on a tiny iPhone screen. Also tried installing the app on my iPad but the app doesn’t adjust to the larger screen size so that was a waste of time. It would be quite useful to be able to cast the videos to the tv or alternatively being able to access the Premium videos on a tablet to be able to see what I’m supposed to be following.
