Premium Charge 4 sleep restoration and SpO2 information is missing

I have had a premium membership for a few weeks now, having just purchased a charge 4.  There is no sleep restoration entry that I can find, having looked in the sleep tab, health metrics tab, etc.   I cannot find it in the app or on the device.  I also rebooted as a troubleshoot.  Also, I have an SpO2 entry under the Health Metrics tab in the app, but there is no graph. The device registers no number in the SpO2 tab s well. Everything is updated.  What am I missing?  Everything else seems to work fine.

@zookswag Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting.

The Sleep Restoration tab will appear on your sleep tab, take into consideration that you need to have sleep stages. May I know if you have tracked sleep stages during the past days?

In regards to the Health Metrics tab, check the following as why health metrics data won't display:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night). Check your stats after you wake up in the morning. Note: skin temperature requires 3 nights of data.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting. If you experience any discomfort, loosen the band, and if it persists give your wrist a break by taking it off.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.
  • To track your blood oxygen saturation, confirm you have an SpO2 clock face installed (available on Ionic, Sense, and Versa series) or the SpO2 app (available on Charge 4, Charge 5, Luxe, Sense, and Versa 3). For more information, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
