I am so bothered by the fact that some features that were always free are now considered premium and we have to pay for it. This only happened when fitbit had a change in the company. I do not recall if it was Mgmt change or they were acquired by someone in the stock market but it has clearly effected the consumer.

A: No. All the Fitbit app features you enjoyed before Premium are still available for free, and we’ll continue to add new free features in the future. Fitbit Premium adds new paid features, but does not remove any previously free features.

 

Why not at least tell us what you think you are missing?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
