So this morning I finished my first guided program. It was a guide for beginners and it really motivated me to step up my game. I was so excited to start a new guided program but when I pressed the button to start a new one, they were all gone. I still can't find all those guided programs. It's weird because all other functions of premium are still available. How can I get the guided programs back? Or are you only allowed to follow one program at the beginning of your subscription? That would be sad...
Can someone help me fix this please? And also, Merry Christmas 🙂!

I live in Quebec, Canada. I contacted Fitbit support this morning. Turns out that Fitbit premium doesnt work if your phone is setup in French. I switch my language setting on my phone to English and now I can access all of the guided programs. Not the best solution because I prefer my settings to be in French, but at least now I can access all of the premium content. Its also frustrating because my phone was setup in French before and I could access everything. I dont know why suddenly its not possible.

It disappeared from the app. I canceled my fitbit coach subscription right before I became premium. The guided programs worked until I finished one... I have a fitbit inspire HR btw.

When you say guided did you mean you added that from the discover tab and it appeared in the workout list?
I noticed that happened for me. I ended up downloading fitbit coach.. If you have premium, you can access all those workouts and they sync back to fitbit app

No, guided programs are not work-outs and they don't come with fitbit coach. I discovered them with fitbit premium. They help you get more steps, sleep better, eat healthier,... There were a lot of them and now all of a sudden they're all gone. They were such great assets and I was so glad I paid for them but now it feels like a fraud. I can still access all premium work-outs and challenges but those guided programs are nowhere to be found... 😞

Yes it's the mindful eating one, not the work-outs. I started one guided program to help me increase my steps and active minutes. It lasted about two weeks and now all of those programs are gone. The work-outs in your other picture are still there.

Go into the fitbit app.
Click on Discover
then click on Guided Programs.
Then top select Eat Healthy.
You'll be able to select the guided programs.

Thanks but the point is that my guided programs disappeared from the discover tab and I can't find it elsewhere 😅.
The only 'guided program' I can see is the 'work 1:1 with a personal coach' but it's unavailable...

Have you tried and uninstalled the fitbit app and then reinstall it to see if it's there? Can you store a screenshot of what you're seeing?

I haven't tried that... Nice suggestion! I'm sorry but how can I add screenshots in this? I'm on my phone, maybe I should go to my laptop for that?
Btw I noticed that my country is set at 'United States'. I changed it to my actual country and noticed that other premium features disappeared too. When I changed it back, the guided programs were still gone but the rest was back.

Same with Android except volume down button.
Then above you see the little mountain with sun? That's the image attachment..
What country did you set it too? When you set it back to United States?

Totally agree, I feel like I was ripped off. I subscribed to Premium specifically for the guided programs and now they all dissapeared. Its false advertising from Fitbit. Its very disppointing and misleading.

Same for me and my husband I was on the trial than I thought this was because on the trial there was a limited acess than I pay for one year still same problem I’m on and off technical support but no solution so far.
here all what have been tried:
- Restore purchase
-force to exit finit app/ fit bit coach, than close the phone . Open again logged in
- uninstall all fitbit app close the phone opened reinstal log again...
