Was told I would get 7 days for free... Signed up to see what it was all about and was charged the monthly premium? not that I feel like I should have to pay £8 a month after paying £200 for my fitbit. Fitbit are getting as bad as everyone else charging for things after charging silly amounts for there hardware

@DaveLippy Welcome to the Community. I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry.
Fitbit Premium offers the 7 day free trial, this way you can have the opportunity to check out the Membership and see if you're willing to pay for the membership. If you decide not to buy it, you can then cancel it on day 6 or 7 because on day 8, you'll get charged.
Please check this article to learn more about how you manage or cancel your Fitbit Coach Premium Subscription.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

You obviously didn't read my post, I signed up for the 7 day free trial and was charged the amount for premium straight away. So there was no free trial to try out the features
