Beginners running becomes tough 2nd week

Hi, I recently took the premium subscription and was trying the beginners running (guided program). Since I am overweight the shift from 1st week to 2nd week was really hard. The last run/walk exercise of 1st week involves 5mph run every 2 mins which I believe mist have gradually increased the next week but rather it becomes tough and i have to abandon the session since I am not able to achieve it. It would be really good if we set up a rather achievable sessions and that becomes tougher gradually as the current program reduces the confidence of obese folks like me. Thank you!

When you're exercising, it's important that you rate each exercise session because this feedback will be taken by Coach and will personalize your next sessions. As a recommendation, you may want to change your program to exercise once while this receives more of your feedback and after this, you may want to change to Get Lean to exercise 4 times a week.
