Premium Sleep profile missing?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

One of my friends sent me a screenshot of her Luxe sleep profile with her cute sleep animal. I read a couple of articles that said the new feature went to premium members yesterday but I don’t see it on my luxe. Am I the only one? Maybe I need to update something?

Mine only arrived this morning (Thursday) - I didn't need to update anything, it appeared in the sleep section automatically (I had wondered if I needed to wait for an update to the Android app). Hopefully yours will arrive shortly.

@DesertMoon   You don't need to do anything.  It will show up.  Mine showed up this morning.  It's pretty common for a feature like this to take a week or two to roll out to all eligible users.

Mine has still not appeared either, I tried to ask Fitbit and they had no idea just so irritating that features don’t roll out to all premium members

@katiemroberts   Please be patient.  It's still early in the roll out process.

This thread has been helpful. Such a disappointment from Fitbit, though… been a premium member for nearly 5 years and don’t have the new feature whereas a friend of mine who has only had her Fitbit for 6 months does… 😅 I get phasing it but I also don’t get it…

Is it still being rolled out? I received a notification (Android) saying mine was ready, clicked on it and nothing happened. I cannot find anything in the app either.

I finally received an actual response from Fitbit support around the release “the sleep profile was completely available for Premium subscribers on 14th July 2022, which mean you will be able to check your sleep profile on 1st August since on the 1st of each month, you receive a breakdown of your sleep with 10 monthly metrics, along with a sleep animal that reflects long-term trends in your sleep behaviors. To make sure you will receive your sleep profile, check some of the requirements:

  • You must be a Fitbit Premium member.
  • You must be using one of these devices: Charge 5, Inspire 2, Luxe, Sense, Versa 2, or Versa 3.
  • You must wear your Fitbit device to sleep for at least 14 days each month, beginning on the 1st of the month. The sleep logs don’t need to be consecutive.
  • For a sleep log to count toward your sleep profile, you must receive sleep stages.
  • Make sure you recently synced your Fitbit device.

I did not receive a sleep profile this month either because, despite wearing it every night, on the 1st of July my Fitbit did not record sleep stages. Therefor I lost the entire months data due to my Fitbit's fault. It’s ridiculous.

There is still no sleep animal for my husband (9/18) even though mine came out months ago. He wears it every night and has sleep scores. Do not know why he has not received and can’t find a spot to remedy.

I've gotten a notification about this new feature several times; just received another one (apparently because it's the first of the month). I still don't have this feature that was rolled out mid July. I have the Luxe and premium subscription.

Does he have one of the compatiable watches?

The watches that support it so far are:

  • Charge 5
  • Inspire 2
  • Luxe
  • Sense
  • Versa 2

*I am not sure about the newest watches that released in Fall 2022. They probably support it as well.

  • Versa 3

I have the Google pixel watch and I don't seem to have the sleep animal feature.  You would think it would considering how much you pay for it.

Hello everyone, it's nice to see you all here! Let's give a warm welcome to those users who are new to this Fitbit community!

Thank you to those who shared their personal experiences with us. I would like to explain a little bit more about the sleep feature and how it works.

The sleep animal will appear on the first day of each month. Please note that your device will need a couple of weeks to accurately track your sleep patterns. After this period of time, you should be able to see the complete information about your sleep in the Sleep title of the Fitbit app.

Here is a link to all the information you need to better understand how your device tracks your sleep: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

I upgraded to premium well over a month ago, probably more like 6 weeks ago. I sleep with my Fitbit every night and still no monthly sleep profile in April. Will give it until May then cancel premium if it doesn’t show up. Any ideas on why I don’t have a Monthly Sleep Profile?
