Premium - Snore Detect not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have tried to use snore detect for almost a week since getting my Fitbit, nothing works. Microphone is on, I even turned assistant on because someone mentioned that worked for them. I have premium, watch is fully charged. My sleep ratings all work every night just no snore detect report. I have the Fitbit Sense. Any tips or experiences with this feature not working?

Did you actually turn on snore detect?  On phone app:

Sleep tile > gear icon near top right > Detect snoring - slider to right

Note - this takes  big hit on battery so probably just want to use a few nights to see if do snore or to get a baseline, then turn off;  maybe turn on again for a few days in a few weeks or if think sleep has changed.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes,

Of course it’s turned on. I’ve done everything from every forum. Nothing seems to be working. All I can think of is that I have a screen protector on the watch screen. Perhaps, could this be affecting it?
