I've just received notification that a Premium Subscription has been taken out of my account. I received no notification that this was going to happen. I've immediately cancelled the subscription but that won't take effect until 2023. I upgraded from a Charge to a Sense and received a free upgrade to Premium with the new device. I am unhappy that I was given no reminder to cancel. I would like to get a refund.

When you signed up for the free trial, you agreed to going with the paid version unless it was cancelled before the ending of the trial.
I would have signed up, wait a week and cancel. This would not affect the leangth of the trial.
