I have been using the Fitbit premium workout video features and I have ran into where some videos will load until a few minutes in and then stop and no matter what I do they won’t play past a certain point. One video example is Tone your backside with Yoga. Is this something wrong on my end or do others have this problem?
I have the same issue but mine is for the balance and coordination workout. It is really frustrating. I wish there was a way to comment on specific videos within the app
I have also tried to fault this video with fitbit who have blamed my Internet connection even though the video stops at exactly the same time. They have had me sending screen shots, told me to do the yoga at my neighbours and had me logging on and off for over a day. Completely frustrating.
