Premium Wellness Report missing

Every month I export my health report, a Fitbit Premium option. You get an overview of last months heart rate, weight, activity and sleep. And it also shows a smaller graph underneath for the last year.

But today I don't see that option anymore. Has this been removed?

I'm also seeing that issue, I thought it was just me until I saw your post.  The monthly report is one of the reasons I subscribe to Premium,

I'm exactly the same. I rely on the Wellness Report.

I too am having this issue & rely on the wellness report. The screenshot shows it's no longer available.

Yes same for me, I export it every month to have a good overview of what is happening.. I think it is the feature I use most from premium

I see the same screen, the option has just disappeared all of a sudden. Can't find it anywhere else

I chatted with FitBit this morning. After getting them past the basic troubleshooting (let's remove& reads your FitBit), they're now looking into it. I too might cancl my Premium membership if they don't add this back. To make matters worse, the list of benefits is even shorter now. 🙄

The sleep profiles are now missing on my profile too. I hope they're troubleshooting. If not, I'm definitely cancelling my Premium. 

Edit: my FitBit Sense 2 didn't readd properly (after they asked me to remove & readd it). The sleep profile option is back now. I'm just a n00b. 😛

Thnx for the update. Hope they add it back and quickly.. I got like 3 more days before my subscription is renewed for another year so I need to cancel quickly if they don't add it

***UPDATE***

I have a tablet running an older version of the Android OS and an older version of the Fitbit app.  I don't sync with the tablet, it's only used for logging food or checking stats.

I was able to generate the Wellness report using the tablet.

Interesting... So then it was probably removed in the new version of the app.

Just checked and my Fitbit app was updated yesterday..

Thanks for the update! I've sent that info to FitBit with the ticket that I currently have submit with them. Hopefully, they'll fix that quickly.

Not only is the wellness report missing, the replacement of 30 days of data
in comma delineated text format, supposedly 2 GB has not shown up either.
Also when walking my 10,000 steps, it starts to show me exercise videos
with audio! 😞

Good that you add it to the ticket. I do however need to cancel tomorrow the latest before my subscription renews, so I don't think I will wait for it and just cancel now. If it will be added I can always get a new subscription

That is strange. I am close to 10.000 steps today, hope I will make it, then I can let you know if I also get these exercise videos..

Makes sense. The thing that sucks is that this is gonna throw off my timing. 😂 I run my report every month on the 1st & you can't change the dates it runs for, just the last month. I'll update as I get more info from the ticket.

Yeah I do the same, every 1st of the month I generate the report. That's why I noticed it yesterday.
