Every month I export my health report, a Fitbit Premium option. You get an overview of last months heart rate, weight, activity and sleep. And it also shows a smaller graph underneath for the last year.
But today I don't see that option anymore. Has this been removed?

Strange thing... I just started up my old phone, still having the old version of the Fitbit app. I could indeed request the welness report there. And now the funny part, after I did, on my current phone I got the notification it was ready and I could download it. So the function is still in there, just lacking the 'button' to request the report.

If you can't find the health report export option in Fitbit Premium, it might be due to a temporary issue or update. Ensure your app is up-to-date and if the problem persists, contact Fitbit support for assistance.

I did not get the report starting July 2024. I did not notice that in the beginning. But I later found a can of worms awaiting me. I highly recommend you check if your fitbit app is connected to your google account. I made the migration as recommended by fitbit to google and all my data vanished. Then fitbit asked me to re log in. I tried logging in with google and I found fitbit has deleted my account. I lost all data and years of badges and when I contacted customer support they said I cant do anything about it. I had a fitbit premium that will run out in october and I am worried if the money will be automatically deducted. Customer support did nothing and said I dont exist and I tried all means and methods to recover the account but of no use. I was forced to create a new account and I am extremely disappointed. The chat or phone number of the customer support will not work and I am pissed off. And, btw, turns out if you dont keep that tiny box fitbit device came in which carries the serial number of the fitbit they will not be able to recover your account. This seemed absurd to me in these days to lose an account. I really hope this is not the case for you. Sorry vented out my frustration. But might not hurt to check why things disappeared. Just see if your account is intact. I am really hoping someone from fitbit will see my comment and reach out. I really loved my fitbit and the app. so sad to hear this has apparently happened to many fitbit owners when they migrated to google

Same just happened to me when I tried to download my monthly report. So, the issue isn't fixed yet. As this is a major component of my subscription it will pretty much determine whether I continue to pay for Fitbit Premium. Hope they will bring it back.

I migrated to Google couple months ago
This is the first month I could not request the report. But like I said, on an old phone, old version of the app I could and could even download the report on my current phone 😅

I did the same and it worked. Weirdly, I requested the report on my old phone and it arrived on my new phone. At least secured it for one month. I did not migrate to Google yet, so that seems not the issue here.

Suggest you try to generate your report again.
I was in the same boat...after updating the link on the app's member benefits page was gone. It reappeared today for me. My app hasn't updated, maybe they broke the webpage it loads? Anyway it is working now for me! Hope it works again for everyone!
