Dear Fitbit Community,
In our continued goal to bring you the best possible experiences, we're making some adjustments to Fitbit Premium. Starting today the Wellness Report feature will no longer be available via the web. You still have access to all the health data previously displayed in the Wellness Report within the Fitbit app.
If you have any questions or require assistance, please visit our support page at support.google.com/fitbit/gethelp.
Thank you for understanding.

So are you saying the Fitbit product has no value?
Physical trends are good to track.

I think there is value to FitBit but I don't think there's value to the premium membership.

"In our continued goal to bring you the best possible experiences," you've diminished the usefulness of your product. I love the corporate double-talk, though. Orwellian Newspeak is alive and well..
I've also cancelled my Premium membership in order to bring myself the best possible experience.

Hello,
My "WELLNESS REPORT" is not showing in PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS suddenly.
I need this for my doctor this week! So confused ~ I didn't get a text, notice or email detailing any such change. Sorry but this is a dreadfully concerning & unclear statement. I seriously need this! for my appointment. My health isn't a joke & should be taken seriously, so please answer definitively first chance; and is this an official support reply?
This is what I've paid for since 2021. Handling health data is deadly serious so there's got to be an "Official Corporate statement" if this CRUCIAL REPORT has suddenly been taken from Fitbit Premium clients. This report collects all of one's VITALS providing an important years long set of analytics" to assist in devising future health goals & objectives. I think that's the idea when folks purchase a smart watch of any kind.
Regards,
DW

Couldn't agree more. Lousy customer service to not communicate this change well in advance to paid subscribers. I still haven’t received any response from Google on my request for a refund of my unused subscription, only that it won’t be renewed when my current subscription expires…..in December!

Thinking about it more, why are they doing this? The report is already there and functioning. Are they going to remove some of the data/tracking that is being reported? Or can they just not be bothered keeping it current with the various operating systems?
All of the other Premium features aside from the sleep stats are readily available elsewhere without having to pay.

Just to recap, your "continued goal to bring you the best possible experiences" is to delete a key function of the premium membership without consultation or notice? This report consolidated months of health data into an easy to reference format, which could be shared with health professionals to monitor personal health trends. Who knows what feature might be deleted next?

I'm interested in knowing where everyone is planning on jumping ship to. This is pretty much the last straw. I've been trying to justify my premium subscription and it's clear Google plans on slowly killing fitbit so users go to Google fit or whatever their product is called.

I've not researched which ship to jump to - yet. My premium subscription runs till April, I'll cancel it then. I'm not pursuing a mid-term cancellation, I'm quite sure that would be unsuccessful & annoying. The 2 year warranty on my Luxe runs till Sep 2026, so that's when I'll jump ship. Really disappointed with Google Fitbit, especially since I've just had fantastic customer service in replacing my Luxe due to battery issues.

Honestly, last time they removed it (& then added it back 2 days later), I was struggling to find value in the premium membership. I've cancelled mine (which renews in December). I have no expectations of getting a pro-rated refund. But IMO they should since they never sent notice that this was going to be removed.
