Premium auto renewal

Be sure to remember to cancel your premium auto renewal subscription at least 3 days before auto renewal date or fitbit will not refund you if renewal is processed.

No notification for auto renewal. 

They said its in the fine print on the contract when you sign up.

But if you cancel 3 says prior your premium keeps active without the subscription charge.

No refund possible they say

What a load of garbage.

Leaving fitbit and not returning.

Also, if you follow the instructions to cancel that are posted front and center on this forum, you might not see a Fitbit premium subscription in your Google Play subscriptions, which according to this forum means you've already cancelled it. Great, right? Except you still get charged and there doesn't seem to be any way to cancel. I stopped payment through PayPal. What the heck, Fitbit?
