Transferred FB to Google as requested but soon after I lost Fitbit Premium features. I paid the yearly premium on 21st February but lost the services during the last few days. Contacted Fitbit who said I had to contact Google but 'Chat with AI' does not cover this precise issue - kept going round in circles!
In a nutshell I paid for Premium in February but am being denied the service, HELP!

Sorry @TerryF48 I don't have an answer, but I can move your post to the premium board. Hopefully someone will know.
Also, tap your icon, found in the top right, then tap Contact Fitbit.. From this page, we can chat live, or call support.

To work on this together, could you confirm if the issue still persists? If so, I'd recommend logging out and then logging back in to your account making sure the correct credentials are entered.
