Premium features not working

I wear my Fitbit 24/7 except for the day I charge it.  Since starting the premium trial, the Readiness Score does NOT show anything.  NO sleep score, yes my fitbit says the sleep function is set to on and on my wrist.  The Health metrics are not working either except for the resting heart rate.  Before starting the free premium trial, they actually worked.  HELP!!!!

Welcome to the Community, @Jin-X.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I understand this started after your Premium trial, but may I know if you've changed anything on your routine? Keep in mind most of the features mentioned required 3 hours of quality sleepIf you move a lot during your sleep, the sleep session is too short or if you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading, you might not get this data.

In the meantime, please give a try to the following:

  1. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your Fitbit device to refresh its performance.
  4. Wear your device about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone.
  5. Once you're awake, open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.

@eezeepee  Yes finally got some data! YAY!  I did follow @LizzyFitbit's advice and so far so good.  I've struggled to get more than 3 hours of sleep a night but finally this month, I've been able to get in 4-5 hours a night so that helps the data for sure.  Thanks for checking.
