Hi, my premium Fitbit fee was taken without my permission and from the card of a third party who would like it returned. They are not even a Fitbit user.
I tried to cancel this 3 times before the payment was taken but each time I was unable to. I don’t want premium, it’s worthless now. I was forced to take it when my previous Fitbit was recalled and I had to buy a replacement.
How do I get this refunded? I have tried the online chat but they are very unhelpful. Many thanks

Please can somebody respond. Fraud has been committed by Fitbit an no one seems to be bothered

They did the same to me, and they don't care, I just keep writing to their support, that's what I do, but I get zero thinking from their side, just repeating the same thing over and over again.

The customer service since being bought by Google is shocking. I had to ask the live chat rep if they were a robot. I’m still not convinced I was speaking to a real person.

lol, I did the same, asked them if they were a robot, and the answer was surprisingly not human, they said "I assure you, I'm a human".
If you keep pushing in in the chat, they actually change the case so that you get an answer in an email. but that's similarly useless. I'll update my story here:
