Premium not activated

I subscribed to premium a few hours ago and it has bot activated and I have no access to all the features I will eventually be paying for. However if I do not get to try these things out in the free 90 days I will not be paying and I will cancel my subscription, I just wondered if there is a delay in these things becoming accessible or if it is an issue that I will need to email direct about. Thank you
