So I purchased the Fitbit Premium through my computer, however it has not transferred to my app??? Is there any way to fix this as it is no use to me on my computer. AND I can't even find it on there either.

They have been absolutely no help at all and I am so angry that I have just thrown away $120. I am going to try to connect with MasterCard to see if they will cancel the payment. I don't know about you but I can afford to be wasting that amount of money
