Premium sleep feature doesnt work in app

Everything else work, but when i select the the sleep analysis feature it just goes to a white screen.

@Hackshaw A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for letting me what you're experiencing with your Premium sleep data on the app. 

In this case, please log out from the app, force quit it and log back in. As always make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date to ensure that you receive all the improvements and bug fixes.

Ive done all this. Still no luck

@Hackshaw Thank you for getting back. Please provide me with a screenshot of what you're getting on your Fitbit app. 

Additionally please let me know the phone model and OS installed. Can you confirm that you have access to the Premium features found on the Discover tab
