Hello fellow members,
I placed my Fitbit luxe limited edition order on 6/25 with a back order of 6/30. I got my luxe on 7/8 but noticed that the 6 months free premium started on 6/25 which is ridiculous. Did anyone have success with getting the premium date changed to the actual delivery date?
thanks!

I contacted support about this and it makes absolutely no sense.
I asked them to log a complaint; what sort of preorder bonus is it when the product release is delayed for months and then the "free trial" starts counting since you preorder the product?
Seeing it this way:
Buying the product early punishes you by wasting some of your free trial days. It would've been better if I had bought the product closer to the release/shipping date.
