Premium trial offer not available

Hi,

I bought charge 4 two weeks ago. Initially I saw free 3-months premium trial available. I wanted to start it after getting used to the tracker. Now I don't see that option. Only option available is to purchase subscription at 60% discount. 

Can you please tell me how can I activate the free 3-months trial first?

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and the details mentioned. Since the Premium trial is no longer visible please log out from the app, force quit it and log back in. Also please confirm that the latest Fitbit app version is installed on your phone.

Hi @SilviaFitbit,

I tried you suggestions. Even tried reinstalling app. It didn't help. Still it shows only paid options. Is there any other workaround?

Can I activate it from website?

I’ve tried everything you said and the free one year premium button in the app doesn’t work for me .

Please provide me with more details about what you're seeing when activating your 1 year Premium trial. Keep in mind that your Inspire 2 needs to be set up to your account in order to activate it.
