In March 2023 I “subscribed” to the offer of 3 month free trial to Premium. I then discovered I had been “subscribed” to an annual membership and the fee of £79.99 had been taken out of my bank account. I have tried to cancel via my apple account and Fitbit but without success. It appears I was scammed by Fitbit into taking out an annual subscription. I have reported to Apple but no response. Has anyone else had this problem and is there anything else I can do?
