Hi, I broke the screen on my fitbit sense a few months after buying it so my husband bought me another one for Christmas and it said that it came with the free 6 month trial. However after cancelling my premium I am not allowed the trial as I have had one before? This is an incentive to buy the sense and its a new device so why can't I have the 6 months free? This is the 2nd sense that I have bought in10 months

Trials are for new users (email addresses) and not for every new device.

See the ** notation.
It's not different than, for example, a TV says free Netflix trial on purchase. If you have already had a trial with that email address, you can't get the trial. After cancelling the Premium, you should still have the trial until the end of the 6-months.
I cancelled my premium, for now, and I'm still good until June 30th.
